I am not that organised. The flowers are there before I get round to it and it is easy to damage the plant afterwards. I was speaking to someone at a show recently who said he always removed flower spikes from Echeveria so the plant put more energy into the rosette.

Good looking plants. I always feel the flower spikes on Adromischus ruin the look of the plant.
